Is it safe to share a ride with a stranger?+
Every driver clears an ID and licence check before their first trip, and you see their real rating and photo before you book. You can share your live trip with family, and women riders can choose women-only cars. Nobody gets in without being approved first.
How is the price decided?+
Drivers set a fair price for the route they already drive — there's no surge pricing. You only pay for the distance you actually ride, and you see the exact fare before you confirm. No surprises at drop-off.
What if my plans change and I need to cancel?+
You can cancel a ride free up to an hour before pickup. Closer than that, a small fee may apply so the driver isn't left out of pocket. Drivers can see cancellations on your profile, so reliability works both ways.
I drive every day anyway — what do I actually earn?+
Most drivers cover the bulk of their fuel by carrying two or three riders on a route they're already driving. Earnings settle to your account by evening, automatically. It's designed to offset your commute, not to be a side job.
